How long can I record?

Please check the following information first:

  • The number of cameras used?
  • The resolution for each camera? (for example: CIF or D1 or HD)
  • The video compression set? (for example: MJEG or MPEG4 or H.264)
  • The video quality preferred? (the bit rate used?)
  • The recording speed? (for example: 10 fps)
  • How many days to store the recording? (for example: 30 days)
  • How is the scene activity? (for example: constant movement as in a typical casino)
  • The percentage of day to record? (for example: during night time only)
